Cost estimates, time-lines and payment:

While reasonable efforts are made by knowledgeable professionals to determine all relevant project details in advance, project cost estimates and timelines are based on information gathered during consultation, and are subject to adjustment in response to additional information, guidelines, or additional service requests.

Additional fees or adjustments to timelines will be assessed and evaluated in a timely manner to the best of our abilities based on available information provided by the client, to be disclosed and mutually agreed upon in advance.

A down payment of up to 50% of the initial estimate may be required in advance. Completed project will be available for approval, but not released for official use until final payment is made to Continental Outsource or it's authorized representative.

An appropriate lead time to thoroughly evaluate project specifications in advance is the most cost effective procedure for allowing Continental Outsource to best serve your needs.Under these circumstances the lowest hourly rates can be assessed to all components of the project. Short term, urgent needs requiring completion in 48 hours or less are welcome, and billed at a flat rate of 85.00 per hour.

Creative Guidelines:

The client may submit style guides and other specification for all creative or technical projects.

Many of our services are creative in nature. Often creative license is an important aspect of developing a project that meets or exceeds client expectations. Continental Outsource functions with a goal to present high quality visual elements in regard to layout, color selection and all other visual elements. Reasonable timelines for reviewing and revisions depend on the complexity of the project, and are to be determined by Continental Outsource and agreed upon by the client. Additional fees may be assessed for exceeding these guidelines.

All copy submitted to Continental Outsource for inclusion in any project is assumed to contain correct spelling and proper grammar, and to be worded to the clients preferences. Continental Outsource reserves the right to assess additional fees for spelling and grammar corrections, or any alteration to the copy after it has been integrated into the project.
